At Alphalete Athletics, we are committed to your fitness journey and want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your premium performance wear. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure all items are in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached, then securely pack them for transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed once our warehouse confirms the inspection.
